Dana Bagnall, FMCHC, CHHWC, is the founder of Ultimate Wellness Journey™ and the originator of Energy Stewardship™, a framework for restoring human capacity in cultures that quietly reward depletion. She is a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach (Functional Medicine Coaching Academy) and a Certified Holistic Health and Wellness Coach.

Dana's work begins with a conviction shaped by years of listening: the body is rarely broken — it is almost always speaking. Rather than treating fatigue, brain fog, inflammation, and burnout as isolated inconveniences, she teaches audiences to read them as signals, and to respond with practices that restore rather than override.

On stage, Dana blends practical, evidence-informed education with warmth, story, and — where appropriate — faith-centered encouragement. Audiences leave with language for what they have been experiencing and with tools they can begin using the same week. Her keynotes and workshops serve conferences, corporate and healthcare teams, women's gatherings, associations, higher education, community coalitions, and faith communities.

Her signature conversations include The Leadership Blind Spot Nobody Is Naming, the human cost of acceleration and AI-era pace, root-cause wellness beyond survival, and the P.U.L.S.E.™ reflection practice — Pause, Understand, Listen, Steward — a simple self-evaluation rhythm for spiritual, mental, physical, relational, and environmental wellbeing.

Dana partners closely with event planners, tailoring every presentation to the audience in the room. Through Ultimate Wellness Journey™, she continues the conversation long after the event ends — helping individuals and organizations steward their energy, expand their capacity, and fulfill their purpose.
